The dentists of Horizon Family Dental Care and their entire team are committed to becoming the premier dental specialists of Baltimore. When the practice opened a new office in a new market they came to us. We considered it a wonderful  challenge Рto get people excited about a dental practice!
The doctors came to us looking to market their business in a more creative and aggressive manner to ensure the growth of their new office. After many conversations we developed and presented a strategy to grow their business. Our goal was to increase their exposure and interact with their target audience in a way never done before by a dental practice.
We set out by rebuilding their website with 4 principals in mind.
Exposure– We utilized both on page and off page tools to raise their search rank. And we also set out to develop great content that consumers would find useful.
Content– We committed to developing a site that would be a resource of information, we developed a site with the user in mind and meeting their needs.
Efficient– We developed a site that would streamline internal efficiency for the company.
Visual– We placed a premium on building a site that was visually appealing as well as easy to navigate.
At the same time as the website redesign we began to build quality content into their social media platforms. From a branding perspective we insured that all social media platforms had a cohesive look and feel. We have helped to increase their audience by almost 20%. We went so far as to create a new logo for the company that would be more conducive to the digital medium.
From a business development standpoint we created new marketing material from promotional pieces to infographics. We initiated direct mail and email marketing campaigns with an increase of 36% conversion rate over previous campaigns. We continue to work with Horizon Family Dental Care to grow their business and find new and meaningful ways to connect with their audience.
